Am I locked into a contract?

We are very much invested in being an extension of your team as we value all client relationships so we would hate to see you go. However, we understand there are other factors that weigh into decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in…all of our website care plans are contract-free, so you may cancel at any time. We will then stop your next payment.

What requests are included in the dedicated support time?

Monthly support time would consisst of common requests such as content update requests, small design improvements, new forms/changes to existing forms, blog posts, etc. Please note that unused time does not carry over into the next month.

Requests for new functionality will come at an additional cost which we will have to present a formal quote for.

What if Webkube did not develop my website? Can I still subscribe to a support plan?

The outlined plans above are meant for websites developed by Webkube Studio. However, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

We will first undergo a website evaluation to become familiar with your website, how it was built, and to spot any potential issues. With the website evaluation, we perform all of the necessary updates and connect to our monitoring tools, as well as make a full backup of the website. Most importantly, we’ll make a list of the issues which need attention and suggestions for improvements needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan.
